You may order a set of wine charms or another product as pictured on our site, or create a customized set of charms or other product. Ordering a Cloud Village product is an interactive and personal process and we like to make sure we capture your requirements accurately, so please include your email address when ordering or requesting order information. Since our products are individually crafted to your specifications and because we are a very small company, it may take anywhere from two weeks to a few months until you receive your order. We will agree upon a shipment date during the order process.
